Returns

Nuclear Fishing Gear accepts returns on eligible items within 10 calendar days of the date your order is delivered.

To qualify for a return, items must be in the same condition in which they were received, unworn, unused, with original tags attached, and in their original packaging.

Items that have been worn, washed, altered, or damaged after delivery are not eligible for return, except as required by applicable law.

How to Start a Return

To request a return, email darin@nuclearfishinggear.com with your order number, the item you wish to return, and the reason for your request.

Once your return request is reviewed and approved, we will provide instructions for returning your merchandise.

Please do not send items back without first contacting us for return authorization.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a defective product, an incorrect item, or an error on our part.

Original shipping charges are nonrefundable unless otherwise required by applicable law.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon delivery. If an item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us as soon as possible at darin@nuclearfishinggear.com.

Include your order number, a description of the issue, and photographs when available.

We will review the issue and work toward an appropriate resolution, including replacement or refund when warranted.

Exceptions and Non-Returnable Items

Certain items may not qualify for return, including:

Items that have been worn, washed, or used.
Items damaged through misuse or improper care.
Customized or personalized merchandise, unless defective or incorrect.
Final-sale or clearance merchandise clearly identified as non-returnable at the time of purchase.

These exceptions do not limit any rights provided under applicable consumer protection laws.

Exchanges

We accept exchange requests for eligible merchandise within 10 calendar days of delivery, subject to product availability.

Items must be unworn, unused, and in their original condition with tags attached.

To request an exchange, contact darin@nuclearfishinggear.com before returning your item.

Customers are responsible for exchange-related shipping costs unless the exchange results from an error on our part or applicable law requires otherwise.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned merchandise, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved.

Approved refunds will be issued within 10 calendar days after approval to the original payment method used for the purchase.

Please note that your bank, credit card company, or payment provider may require additional time to process and post the refund to your account.

Applicable Law

This Return & Refund Policy is governed by applicable laws of the State of Texas and relevant federal consumer protection laws.

Nothing in this policy limits or excludes any consumer rights or remedies that cannot legally be waived, including those relating to defective, misrepresented, or incorrectly delivered merchandise.
